Returns Policy

Any goods ordered incorrectly will be subject to a re-stocking charge, and the return carriage will be paid by the customer. No refunds will be given until the goods are returned to the address given by SCE, and a signed for POD has been received by us. The goods must be in their original packaging and unused.

A request for returns must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Damaged goods must be reported immediately and any damaged cartons etc must be signed for as such in order for us to take the matter up with the carriers.

PAYMENT TERMS

ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF STIRLING CATERING EQUIPMENT UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL                                    

IF PAYING ON ACCOUNT PAYMENT IS DUE 28 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE

All goods are subject to availability at the price advertised. Where the goods are no longer available at the advertised price any payment taken will be refunded immediately and alternative products offered to the customer.
